<p>Corporations — Subscriptions to stock — Withdrawal of subscriptions.</p> <p>A subscriber to the stock of a proposed corporation may withdraw his subscription at any time prior to the date when the certificate of incorporation is ready to be filed in the office of the secretary of the commonwealth, but such subscriber cannot recover any moneys which he may have contributed towards the preliminary work of promotion.</p>
