A promissory note agreeing to payment of “- dollars” for attorney’s fees in case of suit for collection is an express stipulation for a reasonable amount as an attorney’s fee.</p> <p>Abatement and Revival (18, 19) — Garnishment (57) — Death of Party — Causes Surviving — Effect on Garnishment — Dissolution. The death of a defendant to an action after garnishment proceedings instituted against a debtor, who answers admitting liability to the principal defendant, does not dissolve the garnishment proceedings.</p>
