Contempt — Attorneys—Presenting Fictitious Case.</p> <p>Evidence held insufficient to sustain charges of contempt of court against attorneys, in that they acted in collusion as representing the respective parties to a suit, to impose upon the court a feigned and fictitious case, in the sole interest of the complainant therein.</p> <p>¶ 1.
