<p>Journal entry: It appearing that there is no error apparent in the record of the trial court in this cause prejudicial to the plaintiff in that court, and that the„ question of negligence of the defendant, if any, and that the question of contributory negligence on the part of the plaintiff, if any, was fairly submitted to the jury in that court, it is ordered and adjudged by this court that the judgment of the court of appeals be, and the same hereby is, reversed, and the judgment of the common pleas court affirmed. — Reporter.</p>
