<p>Arbitration and Award. Number of arbitrators. All must ta.Jce part. Code 1892, § 100.</p> <p>An agreement to submit a controversy to three arbitrators, one to be selected by each of the parties and the third by the two so selected, will not support an award by two arbitrators where a third one did not act in the premises, in the absence of all evidence of waiver of his right by the party sought to be charged.
