Syllabus

<p>Trusts and trustees—Assignment for creditors—Act of April 17, 1843, P. L. 273.</p> <p>Where a testamentary trustee who is also a beneficiary, executes an absolute conveyance of his interest in the trust estate to a third person, and the grantee immediately reconveys to the trustee the same interest in trust, to manage and sell the same for the benefit of the legatees, any balance to be for the benefit of the trustee, the transaction is not within the intent of the Act of April 17, 1843, P. L. 273, relating to preferential assignments for creditors.</p>
