Syllabus

On administrative appeal from the agency's permanent revocation of appellant's medical license. The trial court did not err in affirming the agency's decision based on appellant's failure to follow rules governing office-based surgical procedures, his sexual misconduct, and his deviation from the minimal standards of care, in violation of Adm.Codes 4731-25-05 and 4731-26-02, and R.C. 4731.22(B)(6) and (20). Judgment affirmed.
