Syllabus
<p>Attachment execution — Wages—Compensation for services in getting testimony nonailachable.</p> <p>Compensation due for services rendered “ to hunt up witnesses and testimony to defeat a recovery on a forged note ” involving, as such service did, both mental and physical effort, or the wages or salary due as such compensation is nonattachable, being exempted under the 5th section of the Act of April 15, 1845, P. L. 459.</p>
