Syllabus

<p>1. An appeal from a decree pro oonfesso absolute can be had under the practice in this State, and upon appeal, if the decree is not justified by the bill, the decree should be reversed.</p> <p>2. The bond which the law authorizes a Judge to require as an “additional” Sond in case of sale of the real estate of a minor by his guardian is not primary in its character. It is subsidiary and auxiliary and no suit can be maintained upon it until the penalty of the original bond is exhausted.</p>
