Syllabus

<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>1. The driver of a vehicle, before turning or stopping in changing his course, must make sure that such movement can be made in safety.</p> <p>2. The operator of an automobile, on approaching from behind a vehicle going in the same direction and intending to pass it, should sound his horn to warn the driver ahead of such intention.</p> <p>3. Where both parties are at fault neither can recover.</p>
