<p>SYLLABUS BY TEE COURT.</p> <p>1. Practice, District Court — Joinder of Actions. Except in actions to foreclose mortgages or other liens, several causes of action cannot be united in one petition unless they all arise out of the same transaction or transactions, and are all connected with the same subject of action, and each cause of action aSects all the parties.</p> <p>2. Bankruptcy- — Fraudulent Conveyances — Limitation of Action. An action by a trustee in bankruptcy to set aside conveyances made by the bankrupt with the intention to hinder, delay or defraud his creditors is an action for relief on the ground of fraud, and is barred by the two years’ statute of limitations.</p>
