Syllabus
<p>SYLLABUS.</p> <p>1. In actions of ejectment plaintiff must recover on the strength of his own title and -show that he had title to the particular land in dispute.</p> <p>2. Even where a title is derived from a common source, the plaintiff must show a better title than that of defendant or an actual possession prior to that of the defendant, in order to put the defendant to the necessity of supporting his possession by a title superior to one of naked possession.</p>
