Syllabus

<p>Appeal.—Where the Order Granting a New Trial Does not Disclose the ground on which it is made, but it appears from the record that it might well have been made on the ground of the insufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict, the court on appeal may presume that it was made on that ground.</p> <p>Appeal.—An Order Granting a New Trial for Insufficiency of Evidence to sustain the verdict is not reviewable on appeal if there is any appreciable conflict in the evidence.</p>
