OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiffs&039; motion for class certification (ECF [69]) is DENIED, and defendant&039;s request to extend the remand period (ECF [79]) is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to CONTINUE the stay of proceedings in this matter until further order of the Court. The Coast Guard shall COMPLETE the remand proceedings in this matter by December 8, 2025. All remaining deadlines included in the March 13, 2025 Order (ECF 57) REMAIN in effect. The Clerk of Court shall SERVE a copy of this Order on the Coast Guard
