Pro se appellant's mistake in appearing for trial at 1:00 p.m. instead of 9:00 a.m. did not demonstrate \a complete disregard for the judicial system\ and constituted excusable neglect under Civ.R. 60(B)(1) where she attended all other scheduled court dates, engaged in mediation efforts, and simply made mistake as to trial time.
