<p>Acknowledgment—Clerical Omissions — Affidavit — Jurat— Chattel Mortgage—Date of IAen.</p> <p>A notary public may supply a clerical omission made by him in the certificate of the acknowledgment of a deed taken before him.</p> <p>The jurat to an affidavit made before a notary public may be embodied in the certificate or appear at the foot thereof.</p> <p>The lien of a chattel mortgage attaches from the completion and delivery of the mortgage and not from the time of recording.</p>
