<p>Divorce (§ 240*) — Auimony—Amount.</p> <p>The wife obtained judgment of divorce awarding her the custody of four minor children, issue of the marriage, and, she and they being without means, alimony at the rate of §40' per month is not out of proportion to the wants-of the minors or to the circumstances of the father, when it appears that the latter is employed at an annual salary of $1,800 and board, for which he works about six months in the year, and that he has no one else dependent upon him for support.</p> <p>[Ed.
