<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Written Contract — Sale of Beal Estate — Superseded by Subsequent Deed. A written contract for the sale of real estate is superseded and extinguished by a subsequent deed of conveyance between the same parties which covers in its provisions all of the stipulations contained in the contract.</p>
