Syllabus

<p>Appeal—Review—Habmless Ebbob. A decision, based upon an erroneous ground, will be sustained if correct upon any ground.</p> <p>Bbokebs—Contbact—Termination—Sale by Owneb. Where a broker’s contract does not give him the exclusive right to sell the property, the owner is not liable for the commissions if he procures a sale himself without the agency of the broker; and it is immaterial that the broker’s contract fixed a time limit within which the broker might make a sale.</p>
