<p>Logs and Logging — Contract—Action for Breach — Evidence.</p> <p>Suit for damages for timber cut in violation of a restricted “stumpage contract,” and for “down timber” not cut and decayed, and for an accounting of logs cut under the contract. Judgment in favor of plaintiff amended, by redu'cing amount from $2,200 to $849.71. Case as presented involves only issues of fact.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
