Syllabus

<p>After an order has been made by the majority of the Court of Common Pleas, present the law judge and the two associates, determining an appeal, under the act of April 19, 1889, P. L. 87, from a valuation of taxable property by the county commissioners, it is error to award an in ■ junction upon a bill in equity, filed by a party to the appeal, to restrain the collection of taxes upon the valuation as adjusted by said order, but averring no ground for equitable jurisdiction.</p>
