<p>1. Finding op Fact as to mutual mistake sustained. Divided Court.</p> <p>2. Equity — Contract—Rescission—Reformation — Mutuae Mistake. — Equity will relieve a party of a contract made under mutual mistake; but in so doing, it will not rescind the whole contract, if justice can be done by a reformation of it.</p>
