<p>ASSIGNMENT FOR BENEFIT OF CREDITORS — ATTACHMENT AGAINST PROPERTY ASSIGNED.</p> <p>Under the provisions of the assignment law (Laws 1889-90, p. 83), property in the possession of an assignee of an insolvent debtor is ■in custodia legis, and cannot be seized under a writ of attachment, although the assignment may be alleged to be fraudulent.</p>
