<p>Insurance— Life insurance— Suicide</p> <p>Where a policy of life insurance excepts as a risk death of the insured by his own hand “ whether voluntary or involuntary, sane or insane at the time,” with a stipulation that in such case a sum equal to the premiums paid by the insured, with interest, shall be payable, and also provides that if the policy shall have been “ in continuous force for three years from its date, it shall thereafter be incontestable and indisputable, except for fraud or nonpayment of dues,” death of the insured by suicide committed nine years after the date of the policy will avoid the policy, except as to the claims for premiums and interest. .</p>
