Syllabus
In appeal of divorce decree, trial court committed reversible error with regard to child support by failing to properly consider spousal support payments pursuant to R.C. 3119.01(C)(7) and 3119.05(B), self-generated income pursuant to R.C. 3119.01(C)(9) and (13) and R.C. 3119.022, and shared living expenses pursuant to R.C. 3119.23(H). Trial court erred by classifying separate property as marital property, failing to divide all marital property, and by including liability in its division of marital property in the absence of competent, credible evidence.
