<p>Judgment rióte — Indorsement—Two confessions of judgment — Entry •of joint judgment.</p> <p>Where a judgment note has indorsed upon it by a person who is an apparent stranger to the note, an assignment thereof to a bank, a guaranty of payment of the note, and a warrant to confess judgment against himself in-case of default, the payee of the note cannot enter a joint judgment against the maker and the indorser on the two separate confessions.</p>
