<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Specific Peeformance — Infant Wards — Marketable Title. Under the facts stated in the opinion it is held that a guardian’s sale of her infant wards’ interest in real estate may be specifically enforced at the suit of the infants brought by them through their guardian and next friend, that the title of the purchaser will be good, and that by virtue of the decree of specific performance all doubt respecting the marketability of the title will be removed.</p>
