Infant complainants bov/nd.</p> <p>In the absence of fraud or collusion, infants who were co-complainants with adults in a suit cannot maintain an original bill (not a bill of review) to vacate a decree in their favor, therein taken by consent of all parties, although the decree is erroneous and in consenting they mistook their legal rights.
