<p>The ordinance of the city of Chicago, authorizing the issue of a license to persons to sell cigarettes upon payment of one hundred dollars, and forbidding their sale -without license, is no violation of the Federal Constitution, and the amount of the tax named for the license is within the power of the State to fix. ■</p>
