<p>Caksdses. Breach of contract. Damages.</p> <p>Where a passenger is negligently put off or allowed to get off at the wrong station, no case for punitive damages is made, unless there is some reckless, wanton, wilful, capricious or wrongful act done on the part of the agent or servant of the carrier.</p>
