Syllabus
<p>Replevin — Title to personal property — Estoppel—Abandonment.</p> <p>Where a daughter upon, her marriage and departure for a residence in a distant state, leaves in her father’s house an article of furniture, she cannot be divested of her title to such article by the mere fact that she left the article in the house for many years until the death of her father, and for five years after his death, when it was sold by her father’s executor, if it appears that the owner gave the purchasers of the article at the sale no reason to believe that the property belonged to the executor, or that the latter had any express or implied authority to sell it or that she ever intended to abandon ownership of it.</p>
