<p>.SHERIFFS — FEES', COMPENSATION AND SALARIES.</p> <p>Burrows, Laubie and Cook, JJ.</p> <p>Sheriff upon Acquittal or Accused on Change of Venue not Entitled to Fees FROM COUNTT OF INDICTMENT.</p> <p>Where there is a change of venue and the accused is acquitted, the sheriff ■has no claim for fees, under Rev. Stat. 7264 (Lan. 11018) as amended, '•93 O. L. 7, against the county where the indictment was found; his fees in such cases being provided for by Rev.
