<p>1. Attachment Bond — Partners—Execution.—An attachmentis improperly issued and will be set aside on defendant’s motion, where the attachment bond, professing to be executed by the plaintiffs, as partners, in the partnership name, is signed only by one of the partners and by a surety.</p>
