Syllabus

<p>1. Dower — Foreclosure.'—A married woman who has renounced her right of dower on a mortgage executed bj' the husband on his lands, has no inchoate right of dower in balance of proceeds of lands by foreclosure sale after payment of mortgage debt.</p> <p>2. Assignee — Mortgages—Recording—Exens.—An assignee for benefit of creditors does not take the property conveyed by deed of assignment freed from the lien of a mortgage executed prior to the deed of assignment, but not recorded until after that date.</p>
