<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Workmen’s Compensation Act— City Police Officer not Within Its Provisions. The workmen’s compensation act (Laws 1911, ch. 218, as amended by Laws 1913, ch. 216) does not apply to the case of a police officer of a city who is killed in the discharge of his duties.</p> <p>2. Same — Police Officer not a “Workman” as Defined in the Act. A police officer of a city of the first class is not a “workman” as defined by the compensation act.</p>
