<p>Appeal—Statement of Pacts—Affidavits, How Brought up. Affidavits used on a motion for a new trial cannot he considered unless brought up by a hill of exceptions or statement of facts.</p> <p>New Trial—Discretion—Several Grounds. The granting of a new trial will not be reversed if within the sound discretion of the court upon any of the grounds stated, when the record does not show on which one of several grounds it was based.</p>
