Syllabus

<p>1. Where all the issues in a law case are referred by consent to a referee to hear and determine them, his findings of fact may be reviewed and reversed by the Circuit Judge; and the judge’s decision upon the facts • is final. ' ■</p> <p>2. Property defined.; and its essentiality to the plaintiff in an action for damages considered.</p> <p>3. An administrator has no property in the cadaver of his intestate, and therefore cannot maintain an action for its wilful and negligent mutilation, but he may sue for injury to the wearing apparel of the de- • ceased.</p>
