Syllabus

<p>Fine. Rights of informers. Statutes.</p> <p>Under Laws 1912, chapter 124, authorizing the county supervisors to appropriate money not exceeding one-third of the fines collected from the unlawful sale or keeping for sale of intoxicating liquors to procure evidence of the violation of such laws, the county is not responsible for one-third of any fine until the same has been collected.</p>
