Syllabus

<p>1. Surviving Partner: no compensation roe services. A surviving partner is not entitled to compensation for Ms services in administering upon the partnership estate.</p> <p>2, -: NOT CHARGEABLE WITH INTEREST, when. A surviving partner should not be charged with interest on the assets of the partnership in Ms hands while winding up the business of the firm, where it does not appear that there was unnecessary delay in closing up the estate, nor that the money of the partnership was used by the surviving partner in his business nor that he made profit out of it.</p>
