Syllabus

<p>1. Lawfdi, Acts — Damages to Adjacent Lands. — Acts done by a person upon his own premises give no cause of action to his neighbor for resulting damages, unless the acts were negligently done or the damages were the natural and probable consequences of such acts. A party is not responsible for the possible consequences of his lawful acts done on his own land.</p>
