<p>COURTS — GUARDIANS.</p> <p>Common Pleas Cannot Entertain Appeal on Partial Determination op Probate Court on Guardian’s Account.</p> <p>The common pleas acquires no jurisdiction on appeal so long as an item of an account of a guardian remains undetermined, that being within the exclusive jurisdiction of the probate court under R. S. 524, 6467 (Gen. Code 10492, 11206).</p>
