Instructions.</p> <p>In a suit for damages for the negligent killing of a blooded pointer dog, where the evidence showed that there was no local market for such dogs, the court should have instructed the jury to fix: the value of the dog at such sum as the evidence showed that a man who wanted to buy such a dog would be willing to pay for same; and to aid the jury in arriving at the value -of the dog, the court should permit the jury to consider the testimony as-to the values of such dogs in other places, wherein the owner might find a purchaser.</p>
