<p>Bankruptcy — Exemption—Waiver—Sheriff.</p> <p>Where a bankrupt’s personalty has been appraised and set apart to him under the state exemption law, it may be seized on a levy under a judgment against the bankrupt containing a waiver of exemption, and for such levy, no action lies against the sheriff.</p>
