<p>1. Patents — Infringement by Corporation — Liability of Officers.</p> <p>Officers of a corporation cannot be held individually liable for the infringement of a patent by the corporation, where it does not appear that they committed any act of infringement as individuals, or that the corporation is insolvent.</p> <p>¶ 1.
