Syllabus

<p>A claim 'against the United States for a part of the money received from Great Britain in payment of the award made at Geneva under the Treaty of Washington, is both a claim growing out of a treaty stipulation and a claim dependent upon such stipulation, and is excluded from the jurisdiction of the Court of Claims by § 1066 ReV. Stat.</p>
