<p>LANDLORD AND TENANT.</p> <p>Deteriobation oe Premises no Cause for Tenant’s Vacation Unless Unfit-fob Occupancy.</p> <p>The fact that premises have deteriorated does not afford a tenant sufficient reason for quitting them, unless it appears that they have become unfit for occupancy for the purposes for which they were leased.</p> <p>[Syllabus approved by the court.]</p>
