<p>Insurance. Life policies. Liability of insurance.</p> <p>Where a colored benevolent order had issued a life policy payable to one named as the wife of a member and on his death paid the policy to such named party, who in fact was not the legal wife, the real wife cannot thereafter recover the amount of the policy from the - order where it has been guilty of no negligence.</p>
