<p>Parties—-Action on Contract.—Under Code of Civil Procedure, section 369, the party in whose name a written contract is made, though partly for the benefit of another, may sue thereon without joining the latter.</p> <p>Evidence.—Error in Admitting Evidence is not ground for reversal, unless it was prejudicial.</p>
