<p>Action against seller of intoxicating liquors — Rule as to notice to he given seller — Not necessary to notify property owner— Sections 4857 and 4858, Revised Statutes.</p> <p>In an action under section 4357, Revised Statutes, against a person selling intoxicating liquors to recover for an injury in consequence of intoxication it is sufficient respecting the notice provided for in sections 4357 and 4358, Revised Statutes, to aver that the notice was given to the seller and it is not necessary to aver that such notice was given both to the seller and to the owner or lessor of the premises wherein such intoxicating liquors were sold.</p>
