<p>' INJURY TO EMPLOYÉ — FAILURE TO WARN.</p> <p>An employer who places a boy of 10 years ■at work in close proximity to a revolving circular saw attached to a dangerous machine is responsible for injuries to him resulting from his not having received the necessary warnings and proper information concerning the operation of the machine.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
